By Marion Peters

Artificial nails have become very popular to many people especially ladies. When natural nails easily tear off, curl faster, and even get stained, many people consider going for fake nails. For people in modeling, special nails that have good markings and colors are very important to please the judges. However, the process of applying them has been a little tricky and some keep coming out while others may make you very uncomfortable. Here is the best method to use in fixing them.

You need to shop for the right fake fingernails that you intend to use. Browse the internet or even ask your friends the best ones for you to buy. You could also check the theme of the event you are planning to attend and make sure that your choice coheres with it. This will give you the special look and confidence that you need.

Identify the kit that has all the false nails fixing tools. First it should have the ten finger nails you want to place on your fingers. Then, it should have a special glue to fix them, nail file, cutting blades, gel removers, and cuticle removers. Most importantly, ensure that the fingernails are of the correct size so that you do not get uncomfortable after fixing them.

Open the package and establish all the ten false fingernails effectively lay on different fingers. Then, cut the natural fingernails slightly above the finger tip. Ensure that no white tops are left on the natural finger fingernails. Note that artificial fingernails have better adherence to shorter fingernails.

Prepare a moisturizer of water and bubble in an open container. This will help you to remove all the dirt and also soften the nail cuticles. Also remove all the nail polish for hygiene and better look. Wash hands again and dry them ready to apply the new fingernails.

If by chance you have trapped a bubble of put too much glue, you need to repeat the process for that finger. Soak the finger in an artificial fingernail remover which is prepared of acetone. Then, wash and dry the hands before repeating the process until you get the right look.

Once you are through with all of them, take at least one and half hours before engaging in an activity that can force them out. It is also critical that you maintain greater care to avoid scrubbing the artificial nails because they would loose the lovely texture or the initial color.
